Board & Management
Maurice Feilich
Executive Chairman
Mr Feilich has over 30 years of experience in investment markets, beginning his career as an institutional derivatives broker at McIntosh Securities (later Merrill Lynch) in 1998. He later joined Tricom Equities as Head of Equities and co-founded Sanlam Private Wealth in 2010. Mr Feilich brings a strong track record in capital markets and deep networks within the small resources sector.
Roger Jackson
Non-Executive Director
Mr Jackson is a qualified geologist with more than 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, mine management, and mining services. He has founded and led several resource companies, including Central Gold Mines, Bracken Resources, and Hellyer Gold Mines. He is a Fellow of multiple professional bodies and actively contributes to the advancement of the mining industry.
Dan Smith
Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary
Mr Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. With over 16 years of experience in capital markets, he has advised on numerous IPOs, RTOs, and capital raisings across the ASX and NSX. Mr Smith currently serves as a director and/or company secretary for several listed companies on ASX and AIM.
Russell Bradford
Non-Executive Director
Mr Bradford is a metallurgist with more than 35 years of experience in mining operations and project development. He has held senior roles with major mining companies including Anglo American, LionOre, Mantra Resources, and Asanko Gold. Mr Bradford is a Fellow of the AusIMM and a member of the AICD, with expertise across a broad range of commodities and geographies.
